Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, consistent, and high-quality experience for all customers.

 

1. General Service Agreement

We provide wash, dry, and fold laundry services with pickup and delivery. While we take great care in handling all items, all laundry is processed at the customer’s own risk. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that all items meet our service guidelines.

 

2. Garment Care & Liability

We follow standard laundering practices based on garment type and fabric. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from normal washing and drying processes, including but not limited to: color fading or bleeding, shrinkage, fabric wear and tear, and loss of shape or elasticity.

We are not responsible for items that are mislabeled, improperly labeled, or unsuitable for standard wash and dry care.

 

3. Delicate & Special Care Items

Customers are responsible for excluding garments that require special care, including but not limited to: dry-clean-only items, delicates (e.g., silk, lace, wool, embellished garments), and items requiring air drying or special handling.

We are not liable for damage to items that require special care but are submitted with standard laundry.

 

4. Stain Treatment

We make a good-faith effort to treat common household stains; however, stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent or may worsen with treatment. We are not liable for any outcome related to stain treatment.

 

5. Prohibited Items

To maintain sanitary conditions, we do not accept: items heavily soiled with bodily fluids, laundry contaminated with pet waste, items with active bedbugs or pests, or hazardous or excessively soiled materials.

Any such items identified may be refused or returned unprocessed. We reserve the right to cancel service if unsafe conditions are present.

 

6. Personal Property & Valuables

Customers are responsible for checking all pockets and removing personal items prior to service. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items, items left in pockets (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics), or loose or detached accessories.

 

7. Loss or Damage Claims

In the unlikely event of loss or damage, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Liability, if accepted, is limited to the fair market value of the item, taking into account depreciation. We do not guarantee replacement value.

 

8. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for placing laundry in appropriate bags (13-gallon kitchen bags recommended) and ensuring accessibility for pickup. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to incorrect address, inaccessible location, or failure to leave items out.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

 

9. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full according to our pricing structure. Additional charges may apply for extra bags beyond estimate, special handling requests, or excessively heavy or oversized loads.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to safety concerns, policy violations, or inappropriate use of services.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

 

12. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a pickup or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
